1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an authorized agent or promoter (“Agent”) under the BeOne 5G program (“the Program”). By registering or continuing to act as an Agent, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue participation immediately.

2. Eligibility

To qualify as a BeOne 5G Agent, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Malaysia.
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal and banking information.
• Not have any prior record of fraud, misconduct, or breach of trust.

BeOne 5G reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any Agent application at its sole discretion.

3. Agent Responsibilities

As an Agent, you agree to:

• Promote BeOne 5G products and services truthfully and professionally.
• Use only approved marketing materials and information provided by BeOne 5G.
• Respect customer privacy and collect data only for legitimate registration purposes.
• Refrain from making misleading claims or engaging in unethical or spam-based promotions.

4. Marketing Conduct

Agents must not:

• Falsely represent themselves as employees or official representatives of BeOne 5G.
• Alter or misuse BeOne 5G branding, images, or promotional content.
• Promote BeOne 5G using offensive, fraudulent, or illegal methods.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of Agent status.

5. Sales and Commission

Commissions are earned only for valid and completed customer registrations or purchases made through the Agent’s assigned link or code. Commission structures, payment schedules, and rates are determined solely by BeOne 5G and may be adjusted at any time with prior notice.

Agents are responsible for ensuring that all sales data and customer information are correctly submitted through the official BeOne platform. Any fraudulent entries or manipulation of sales records will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible legal action.

6. Payment Terms

Commission payments will be processed based on verified sales reports within the stated payment cycle. Payments are made via the Agent’s registered bank account or other approved methods. Delays may occur due to verification procedures or public holidays. BeOne 5G shall not be liable for payment failures arising from incorrect bank information provided by the Agent.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Agents must treat all non-public information, including customer data and business details, as confidential. Personal data collected must comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Agents are prohibited from disclosing or using customer information for any non-BeOne purpose.

8. Compliance and Termination

BeOne 5G reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Agent who:

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• Engages in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities.
• Fails to meet the company’s performance or ethical standards.

Upon termination, all pending commissions may be withheld pending review or forfeited in cases of misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeOne 5G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Agent’s participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or reputation.

10. Modifications to the Terms

BeOne 5G reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the official platform. Continued participation as an Agent after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
